Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of diced melon (such as cantaloupe or honeydew)

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup of Greek yoghurt or a dairy-free yoghurt alternative

  • 1/2 cup of orange juice or your favourite juice

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • A few ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Wash and hull the strawberries, and dice the melon into small chunks.

  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the melon, strawberries, Greek yoghurt, and orange juice. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the honey or agave syrup.

  3. Add Ice: If you like your smoothie extra cold, add a few ice cubes to the blender.

  4. Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture on high until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more juice to reach your desired texture.

  5. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can also garnish with a slice of melon or a whole strawberry for a decorative touch.
